SOS Shopping is when toons decide to leave or stay in a VP run based on the SOS card they are going to receive, ie. Wait, what is SOS Shopping in the first place? This is why I thought of writing this guide to talk about what makes a good SOS shopping group based on my own experience of scrambling for good SOS cards. SOS cards are now more important than ever due to the dynamics of the battles in the Field Offices, in cases where you are stuck with unhelpful gag tracks or have simply run out of steam to finish off the Boiler. Since the release of Field Offices, there has been a huge focus towards SOS Shopping, with there being a guarantee of at least one SOS Shopping group on ToonHQ on peak hours. If that link isn't purple, you're doing it wrong. This has a lot of uses, such as killing one cog and then taking care of the new ones as the other cogs are lured in and just overall the best lure to use if you're in a bad situation. If you're new to our community, take a moment to briefly read through the rules There's a couple things that you need to know about what you can and can't post in relation to the game. This SOS is basically a Presentation with no miss and you can hold more than one. Lil Oldman - This guy is coming in hot in the number two spot, luring the cogs for fifteen rounds, guaranteed accuracy. Used a lot in solos, but also has use in duos/in general because of the good old Bessie/sound for clean wipe. Overrated IMO.ī Tier - Coming soon, I will post the rest later on today.īarnacle Bessie - Dealing (170 or 180, I forgot) to all cogs guaranteed (assuming you have drop ) is a Godsend, murdering all cogs at level 11 or lower. Her ability requires lure to work, and while lure has a high chance of hitting, bad luck is still possible in the world of Toontown. Bessie is much better, as Clerk Clara still kills level 11 cogs and below, dealing the same as Bessie. I salute you, Pete, for that laff boost you gave me early on in my life, and for restocking my gags when I need you to.Ĭlerk Clara - Only useful for duos. Pete prioritizes those, restocking them if you accidentally forget gags or are just in a tough battle and could use a boost. Professor Pete - Level five and six gags are the only thing you need in this game. If you could choose who gets most of the laff, I would gladly bump this SOS up a bit more. Flippy will waste half his healing power on the fully healed toons and the low laff toons missed out on a lot of good Laff points. Sometimes you have two toons really low and two toons really high. "Oh, but sat, he heals the same amount with three or four toons, it's just distributed through all of them." Well, yes that is true, but you are not able to choose who gets all the laff.
124 laff to a single target is absolutely INSANE, and 68 for each toon is nothing to joke about either. Definitely a great SOS, and my favorite, because who doesn't love green fat dogs named Moe Zart?įlippy - This SOS has much greater value when used with one or two toons battling the mean cogs. Can be useful if your group doesn't have maxed sound, or you want to save some fogs. Moe Zart - 80 damage may not seem like a lot compared to other strong SOS, but it's the strongest sound attack excluding the Opera. This has a lot of uses, such as killing one cog and then taking care of the new ones as the other cogs are lured in and just overall the best lure to use if you're in a bad situation. Lil Oldman - This guy is coming in hot in the number two spot, luring the cogs for fifteen rounds, ( Six rounds if you are lureless, thanks again Aiyman ) guaranteed accuracy.
Feedback will be appreciated.īarnacle Bessie - Dealing 170 damage ( Thanks, )to all cogs guaranteed (assuming you have drop ) is a Godsend, murdering all cogs at level 11 or lower.
